As a Design Manager at Shopify, I led the Growth teams as we built out the Shop app, during which time we revitalised the Shop onboarding experience and transformed the app entirely.
Previously a Product Design Lead at Booking.com - the biggest accomodation providor on the planet, I headed up one of our business verticals focused on new products, incentives and rewards, where we went 0 to 1 on creating Travel Communities.
Additionally, I led the creation of the Booking Assistant & surrounding suite of messaging tools, providing industry leading service and support to multi-millions of people each year.
